Personality:

A no nonsense kind of pony, Trick likes to be up front about all of his investigations. He believes that "beating around the bush" or basically just not getting to the point is a waste of time, and he makes it no secret about his intentions. He doesn't partake in idle chatter, and is a big fan of getting right into business.

While he likes organization, his version is doing things his way, or the highway. Often times, this leads him to butt heads with other folks in a group due to his aggressiveness, and how he gets the job done. Combined with his stubbornness, this is usually the reason he tries to work alone, or with a partner; never in a large group if he can help it.

However, Trick is not completely insensitive. He knows when to tone down the aggressiveness, and when to be quiet. If one of his partners is a bit less than rowdy, he'll try to figure out what is the matter. Not because he likes it (because he doesn't), but so that he can get on with whatever he was doing, and have his partner be in tip-top shape for the next case.
